The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of his breach of Statutory Release.
Kevin Magoffin is described as an Indigenous male, 37 years of age, 5’9″ (175cm), 177 lbs (80kgs) with brown hair and blue eyes.
He is currently serving a four (4) year and six (6) month sentence for Robbery X13, Assault with Intent to Commit Robbery X2, Assault and Theft Under X3.
The offender is known to frequent the Barrie, Wasaga Beach, Ottawa and Toronto Areas..
