Help Us Identify; Help Solve a Crime
The Peterborough Police Service continues to ask for your help to identify individuals in connection with criminal activity in the City of Peterborough, Village of Lakefield and Township of Cavan-Monaghan.
Today, an additional four bulletins are being posted for identification of individuals connected to incidents of:
- Commercial Break and Enter (August 1, 2026)
- Fraud (August 24, 2026)
- Shoplift (August 23, 2026)
- Shoplift (August 18, 2026)
These incident happened between August 1, 2026, and August 24, 2026.

Search for Witnesses – Parkhill Road Collision
The Peterborough Police Service is asking anyone with information in connection with a collision on Parkhill Road just west of Chandler Crescent recently to come forward.
Two people were sent to hospital as a result of the collision that happened just after 7:00 am on Tuesday, September 15, 2026.
Through the collision reconstruction investigation and video information, traffic officers are aware that one of the vehicles was attempting to pass two vehicles and was on the wrong side of the road at the time of the collision. The Traffic Unit would like to speak to anyone who may have been in either of those vehicles.
