OPP LOOKING FOR ASSISTANCE TO LOCATE STOLEN TRUCK

Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are seeking the public’s assistance to help locate a pickup truck stolen from an address in Douro-Dummer Township.

On September 26, 2024, Peterborough County OPP received a call from an individual who stated that a pickup truck had been stolen from their location on September 24, 2024, at approximately 9:05pm. The caller advised that they had received a call from a gas station in Peterborough City saying that one of their vehicles had attended earlier that morning and had driven away without paying for their gas. It was at this point that the owner checked their cameras and realized the truck had been stolen.

The truck is a grey 2019 Nissan Titan with an Ontario licence plate of BA92611 on it as well as VIN 1N6BA1F42KN521679. On the rear of the truck is a yellow decal identifying it as truck 19-131 from Drain Bros.

A male and a female were caught on camera at the gas station with the vehicle. It was determined that they are not affiliated with the company who owns the truck.
