Peterborough County OPP Looking for Assistance in Identifying Theft Suspect

On December 29, 2020 members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to investigate a theft incident which occurred at a residence on Parkhill Road East.

On December 18, 2020 at approximately 4:00am, the suspect entered three unlocked vehicles and stole a leaf blower, a Dewalt radio and a purple backpack containing personal belongings.

The suspect is described as male, white, medium build, approximately 25 years old with a beard. (See attached photo)

Investigators are actively looking for information that may lead to the arrest of the suspect in this case. Police urge the public to call in tips on this case, or others, to the Peterborough County OPP at 705-742-0401, the non-emergency line (888) 310-1122 or to Crime Stoppers.
