Peterborough Police are investigating after a robbery at a convenience store.
Just before midnight on June 10, 2022, officers were called to the store in the Hunter Street East and Burnham Street area. Upon arrival, officers learned that a male entered the store brandishing a knife and demanding money. The suspect fled with a small amount of cash and some items. The employee was not injured. Officers including K9 searched a large area but did not locate a suspect.
The suspect was described to police as:
- Male, Caucasian
- Thin/average build
- Yellow ‘Pittsburgh Steelers’ hat
- Black/grey puffer jacket
- Black pants
- Black face covering
- Grey slip-on shoes with white soles
